Design & Certification

• Preparation, Implementation and Management of Project specific strategies and management plans.
• Design through Concept to 50% to 80% to IFC Drawings
• Permits and Construction Certificate
• PCA Engagement and Certification, Civil and Structural Certification

Demolition and Clearing

• Removal of existing tree as identified in the Approve Plans in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Demolition and removal of existing roadway, Kerbs & Stormwater Reticulation
• Removal of existing contaminated material & safe disposal of waste to a licenced waste management facility.

Construction

• 3m width Shared Concrete path on ground with retaining rock walls, Ballustrade Handrail & Fencing and line marking.
• Viewing Platforms with public seating
