Green Civil Services is a family-owned Consulting and Civil Construction business that was formed in August 2019, by company Part Owner & Director Shane Pearce. Green Civil Services works with clients through concepts, authority approvals, ECI and design processes, construction management, handovers, and ongoing maintenance.

We work in the Local Government and State Authority market, undertaking both Design & Construct, and Construct Only Projects. We are selective in our markets, believing in the importance of specialisation, adding value in every project we become involved in. Through Shane's 37 years of industry experience, our innovative solutions enable cost and time savings to stretch our clients' budgets further.

GCS specialises in providing the best optioneering alternative to existing designs as well as Design and Construct options. In an extremely buoyant labour driven industry, we can always find a way to save on construction costs, and project timelines allowing a shared model for our close clients to optimise their project budgets. We achieve this success through our many years of experience, our innovative visions and driving lower whole of life and sustainable costs into our designs to construct.
